I have got to stop this gain- lose cycle I am in. It is so frustrating. I brought this one on myself though. I just ate things i shouldn't the entire 2 days before weigh in. Hopefully it will come off quick. Going into the holidays is a bad time to lose my footing. I am ready for this new program to do something new for a while I think. I lost almost 2 pounds today. I am done re-losing that gain and am back into virgin fat. I hate re-losing!
I have been thinking a lot lately about this journey I am on. I think about if it has changed who I really am or just my clothing size. I think about if I will ever really be happy with myself. Well, I have been MIA a bit here. The Role Model Night went wonderful. It was really inspiring to me to hear all the others stories. I got a lot of kind words about mine and that was nice also.

Woohooo! Down another 2.6. Was hungry a ton this week. In fact I was so hungry last nigt I couldn't hardly sleep, but i wanted that 125 lifesaver so badly. That leaves me just 17.6 to get to goal.
Simply filling seems to agree with me. The healthy foods seem to work with my body better than the same calories of the processed, which is kinda a shocking find after 19 months on points, lol.Read Full Post »

I have .8 to get to 120 lost. I had an unexplained couple pound gain two weeks ago. I so hate relosing. All the hiking helped me on vacation this week. I didn't actually deserve a nice loss from my eating.

So this is my third week on simply filling. Last week only got me a .6 loss. I never lose big two weeks in a row so that is not surprising. However, it looks like there won't be much of a loss in 2 days from now either. I am bummed. I have tracked my points as a precaution and I am well under my range. So today was my first weigh in using the simply filling plan instead of counting points. Drummmm rollllll please..........down 5.4 pounds!!!! I was so excited. This is my first week on Weight Watchers Simply Filling Technique. It is a program where you don't count points or measure anything. That is the great part. The down part is you have a list of foods and you eat from it. Sadly to say it has no choclate on it. It is all whole unprocesses food. So, I got it undercontrol and have lost back to 110. 3 more to get where i was. I will get there. I have upped my activity to almost double, so it may take a little longer as I am sure i am gaining some of my muscle back. I have the rest of my life and atleast I am heading in the right direction
